This Policy describes how Accuscore Inc (“us,” “we” or “AccuScore”) collects, uses and discloses personal information from you when you visit and use AccuScore.com (the “Site”). PLEASE NOTE: Our Site is operated for an adult audience only, and we require users to be at least 18 years of age. In operating the Site, AccuScore will collect personal information that you provide to us. That is necessary to serve you as an active user and customer. When registering as a user to the Site this information includes name and email address and may include other contact information, if the user wants to provide that. The Site is using online forms to collect email addresses that are done separately from registration.

AccuScore receives user’s information of complete payment via payment gateway. We don’t collect or store payment information, credit card numbers or any payment related information. All user payment information is stored at the payment processor (like PayPal) database.

2.2 INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit or make use of the Site we may collect some information about you automatically. For example, our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). We store your personal information in our content management system database. The information is stored there until you request to remove it.

If AccuScore or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the assets transferred to the acquirer.

AccuScore may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries.

The Site may include interactive forums such as message boards and chat rooms. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
