1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AccuScore website, applications and related services (together, the “Service”). AccuScore is operated by Skillbet Ltd., a company registered in Malta under Company Registration No. C76440, with its registered office at 10, Level 1, Lapsi Street, St. Julian’s STJ 1261, Malta (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for sports wagering where you live if that is higher. By using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where required, notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
3. Description of the Service
AccuScore provides sports analytics: simulation-based win probabilities, projected scores, expected-value (EV) estimates, historical accuracy records and related content. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
AccuScore is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker or settle wagers, we do not hold customer funds, and we are not affiliated with the bookmakers whose publicly available odds we display. Any bet you place is placed with a third party, at your own risk, under that operator’s terms.
4. Subscriptions
Parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card details.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription converts automatically to a paid plan at the then-current rate and the payment method on file is charged. We may require valid payment details to start a trial and may withdraw or modify trial offers at any time. Trials are limited to one per person or household; creating additional accounts to obtain repeat trials breaches these Terms.
6. Fee Changes
We may change subscription fees. A change applies to the billing period following notice to you. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that point constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
7. Refunds — No Refunds
All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation: partial or unused subscription periods; periods after you stop using the Service; cancellation part-way through a billing period; dissatisfaction with the accuracy of any projection, probability, edge or pick; losing bets or any other gambling losses; and a free trial that converts to a paid plan because it was not cancelled in time.
Cancelling stops future renewals only. You keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and no credit or pro-rata refund is issued for it. You accept this no-refund policy expressly when you subscribe.
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK — right of withdrawal. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content and access begins immediately, when you subscribe you expressly request that we begin performance at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted. You confirm both statements by ticking the acceptance box at checkout. If you do not wish to waive that right, do not subscribe.
Nothing in this section removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them current. Do not share, sell or transfer your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are shared, automated or fraudulent.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its contents — models, projections, ratings, text, graphics, software and trademarks — are owned by Skillbet Ltd. or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own non-commercial use.
You may not scrape, harvest, redistribute, resell or publish our data or content, create derivative works from it, or use it to build or train a competing product or model, without our prior written permission.
10. Links to Other Websites
The Service links to third-party sites, including sportsbooks. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, odds or availability. Links are for convenience and are not an endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
11. Termination; Survival
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or harms other users, us or third parties. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use. Sections 7, 9 and 13–18 survive termination.
12. Use of the Service; Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- use the Service where sports wagering or such analytics services are unlawful;
- use automated means to access, scrape or copy the Service or its data;
- circumvent paywalls, rate limits, authentication or other technical restrictions;
- resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute picks, probabilities or other outputs;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
- use the Service to break any law, or to facilitate wagering by anyone underage.
The Service is offered internationally, and the rules that apply to you are the ones where you are. Sports-wagering and consumer-protection law differs by country — and within some countries by state, province or region — and some jurisdictions prohibit these services entirely. You are solely responsible for checking that your use is lawful where you are, and for any tax on winnings. We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular location, and we may restrict access to jurisdictions where offering it would be unlawful.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you. By using the Service you consent to those practices.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Skillbet Ltd., its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or any wager you place with a third party.
15. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Probabilities, projections, EV figures and historical records are statistical estimates produced by models and third-party data feeds. They may be inaccurate, delayed or incomplete. Past performance does not predict future results, and no outcome is guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any resulting losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillbet Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits or gambling losses. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence may give you rights this section cannot restrict.
16. Applicable Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.
If you are a consumer, this does not take anything away from you. You keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We will bring any claim against a consumer only in the courts of their country of residence.
17. Resolving Disputes
Most concerns are resolved fastest by contacting us first, and we ask that you try that before starting formal proceedings. Write to support@accuscore.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We do not require you to give up your right to go to court, and we do not impose arbitration or a class-action waiver on you. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, either party may bring it before the courts identified in §16.
Consumers in the EU may also submit a dispute to the European Commission’s online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or complain to their national consumer authority. Nothing here prevents you from reporting concerns to any regulator.
18. Entire Agreement, Waiver and Severability
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Skillbet Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held unenforceable it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
