What is a player prop bet?

A player prop is a bet on one player's performance rather than on the result — how many hits they record, whether they hit a home run, how many yards they gain. It settles on that player's line in the box score, whoever wins the game.

How does AccuScore project player props?

The same simulation that prices the game runs each player's role within it, so a projection reflects the opposing pitcher or defence actually expected, not a season average. Each figure here is the share of simulated games in which the player reaches the number shown.

Are these betting picks?

No. These are projections ranked by probability, not by value against a sportsbook price. Whether a projection is worth backing depends on the odds offered, which vary by book and move through the day.
